In the early 90’s a new breed of Kyushu punks emerged, inspired by the previous generation, bands like Slicks, Escalaters, and Rodeo carried the Kyushu punk flag proudly into the mid-90’s.

Rodeo specialised in the short/fast/loud brand of 70’s punk.
