The Space Invaders were a completely new direction for Watch after The Swankys broke up. Initially starting as a Devo-inspired new wave group, they embraced hip-hop music and became the ultimate punk-rap group and even received some major-label backing.
This EP is a prime example of their over-the-top punk-rap and was originally released on the Captain label before being reissued by KWR.
